Solemn words spoken to my queen

Queen.

You should now refer to me as crowds, 

because this king speaks for the voices inside that arise each time you come by.

You are beautiful, 

that's all they say, 

I mean that's what I say, 

like that's what I think most of the time, 

I mean all the time because you are simply poetry, you know.

My fleeting heart like luckless moths caught in a jar at night,

vigorously fluttering around.

A muse depicting that heartbeat sound that I have each time I am around you, 

to be the itch in your thoughts each time I make fun of that awkward teenage smile you make whenever my body betrays me and finds it pleasant enough to show you,

that you're attractive.

My body aches because it craves for pleasure quenched by pleasing you, 

body and soul,

which means I wrap my hand around yours while you grip firmly to that thorned rose and say I felt it too. 

Your faint hearted luminance refreshing to my soul, 

though the grass is always taller from your view, but you will make a path, 

strong woman, 

God forbid any man be the weight on your shoulder, that halts your goals.

Let that be your child, 

for a moment...or more.

Me the sun when the darkness holds each moment that you have.

So queen flourish, 

because you are the answer to your fathers question when he knelt on one knee to ask your mom, 

to be one flesh.

That will be me some day,

when I make the choice to be your everlasting muse, 

to be the soft song on your tender skin. 

Make the hairs on your body tingle, 

and trace down the small of your back with my warm breath,

see all of you.

Take every moment given in small instants, 

to gaze in to your big brown eyes, 

so the sun shines. 

You're like the morning rays on my dark chocolate skin,

each day, 

I'm reminded that you're more than just rays that bring warmth to my days.

Your eyes show me that there's more than enough to look at, 

with every moment spent, 

I realise, 

my thoughts, 

the wood that makes up the throne, 

because...you're my Queen.
